A: We maintain a simple and affordable shipping policy. Order as much as you want, shipping and handling is ONLY $2.99. Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: (In accordance with federal and state law) Guitar String Warehouse does not collect sales tax on any orders purchased from outside California.
Q: What strings should I buy?
A: Make sure you check out our videos on Guitar String TV, which address many of the issues involved in finding the right string for you. Or, contact us; we'll figure it out together.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will happily accept returns. Send back the unwanted product within 30 days for a refund. Product must be in resalable condition. Please include the original receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product. A: We pride ourselves in getting your order processed and out the door in a timely fashion. 100% of weekday orders ship out within 24 hours; about 75% ship out the very same day. The average ship time is 3 days. Our standard methods of shipping are Priority Mail and First Class mail. You will receive a USPS tracking number with Delivery Confirmation.
