Q: What are your hours?
A: Place an order online anytime. Phone hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm (PST). Even outside these hours, you will often receive a prompt email response.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: We maintain a simple and affordable shipping policy. Order as much as you want, shipping and handling is ONLY $2.99. This low flat rate, coupled with our everyday warehouse prices, ensures that Guitar String Warehouse will regularly provide you with THE BEST VALUE when shopping for guitar and bass strings and accessories. Q: Do you charge sales tax? 
A: (In accordance with federal and state law) Guitar String Warehouse does not collect sales tax on any orders purchased from outside California. 

Q: What strings should I buy?
A: Make sure you check out our videos on Guitar String TV, which address many of the issues involved in finding the right string for you. Or, contact us; we'll figure it out together.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will happily accept returns. Send back the unwanted product within 30 days for a refund. Product must be in resalable condition. Please include the original receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for return. Warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer of the product. A: No

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We pride ourselves in getting your order processed and out the door in a timely fashion. 100% of weekday orders ship out within 24 hours; about 75% ship out the very same day. The average ship time is 3 days. Our standard methods of shipping are Priority Mail and First Class mail. You will receive a USPS tracking number with Delivery Confirmation.
